Today is my mom's birthday! She and my Dad are driving in tomorrow (for that babyshower you've been hearing about) and to celebrate her birthday! What I am finding funny about this trip is that I wanted to take my mom out to dinner to celebrate...However, my grandmother has a different idea- she wants to make a turkey. A turkey you say? Why, and in the middle of March? What a good question. I am not sure why she is insisting on a turkey, but whatev.
Marie-Antoinette would say, "Let them eat cake!"
Gran says, "Let them eat turkey!"
