Something I learned by watching my 8 month old....

Today while we were playing, Luke showed me something that since I was a little girl, my Grandmother used to say to me. He sat up straight- perfect posture! My Grandmother used to tell me, "shoulders back and sit up." As a young girl, I really didn't care much to sit up straight and all that jazz. But now, as an adult, an adult whose back hurts a lot- it make sense to me to sit up straight and pull my shoulders back. You should try it too...I've noticed when I do sit up straight, I look about 5 pounds thinner....Something that every woman (you would think) would want.

In other news, my cousin told me last night about some new company whose entire venture is to sell you a girdle or something to suck in all the fat spots in your body, or lift your butt, or add butt, or whatever. Any clue as to what she is talking about, blog reader? I need a freaking jump suit made out of this material....anyone, anyone?
