Closed Doors = Many Open Windows

Since declining the invite to the Kentucky Derby, I've had 2 great opportunities knock. One of them being to be a feature on Groupon, the second, the be featured on a similar site that hits Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and New Orleans called Tidbits. These are 2 great ways that I will be able to grow my biz, which excite me and motivate me to get a move on my website makeover. I feel like I am doing great things, but just need that little media boost to put me running (ok, walking) alongside the big girls.

In other news- Luke is cutting 2 (maybe 4) new teeth. We have discovered that he LOVES blueberries and hotdogs. Swinging and being outside is his absolute fav. And he is taking anywhere from 3-5 steps at a time....Walking soon he will be!

WoWSER as you would say! Those are great opportunities for your business - I am so proud and hope the best for those endeavours. I guess it is true that when a door closes, sometimes a window opens. Seems you closed the door AND opened the window!!! Way to go!!! Love you - Mom

Yay!! Luke will be running in no time! How exciting!

I'm confident you made a very wise decision regarding the Derby, and I know that these two new opportunities are just the beginning of that confirmation for you! I'm so proud of you for being asked to do it! I can't wait to see your new products and get my booty to order some!

Luke is in our thoughts and prayers as he gets more teeth! Clark hasn't tried hot dogs yet, but seeing this makes me want to eat/share them with him! haha!
